- Product
- The final Windows RC1 is signed, timestamped, and available from the official domain.
- Customer account
- Account creation and sign-in use the ScreenShield21 Production Account service.
- Payment
- When open, payment details are entered and processed on Stripe Checkout. A return URL alone does not prove acquisition; verified Account state is authoritative.
- Renewal and cancellation
- Monthly: automatic renewal, cancellable at any time without fees with access through the paid period. The 1-, 2-, and 3-year plans: no automatic renewal; a new purchase is required at expiry.
- Refunds
- Voluntary request within 14 days of the initial purchase, or within 7 days of an accidental automatic renewal. No automatic prorated refund after those periods; statutory rights, billing errors, and manually approved exceptions are preserved.
