The official customer installer is signed and timestamped. The commercial licence is then recognized with the same account through “Synchronize my licence” in ScreenShield21.

Updates
The update mechanism exists, but the public update channel remains intentionally disabled for this RC1 launch.
Manifest and integrity
The implemented architecture verifies a signed manifest, SHA-256, and anti-downgrade before installation.

A future update will require an explicit action before installation.
RC1 installation
For this launch, use only the signed RC1 installer above.
The website does not trigger PC updates. Neither the Update server nor the Web relay decides an unlock: final authority remains with the PC and its Trust Engine.
Two products, two channels
Each product retains its own distribution channel.
ScreenShield21 for Windows
The desktop application protects access to your session. The signed customer RC1 is distributed by the button above.
ScreenShield21 Companion for Android
The mobile application that turns a paired phone into a controller. It is installed through ScreenShield21’s intended QR journey.
Temporary access
No download is needed: a QR code opens the Web Companion for a duration approved on the PC.
Installer download is public. Commercial use is recognized through the account and AccountSync; no additional DRM is introduced.

- Check that your Windows version is supported and up to date.
- Prepare your access methods and your recovery media.
- Download ScreenShield21-RC1-Setup.exe only from screenshield21.com.
